Customer Care Assistant

As a Customer Care Assistant at Oatly, based in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers. This role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our consumers.

Responsibilities: - Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Providing accurate information about Oatly products, services, and policies - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Processing orders and returns - Maintaining customer records and documentation - Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs - Continuously seeking opportunities to improve the customer experience

Requirements: - 2+ years of customer service experience - Motivated and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong adaptability and leadership skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
