Job Description - Customer Care Associate

Job Description:


As a Customer Care Associate at Tetra Pak, located in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be dedicated and resourceful, with a strong ability to manage people and cooperate effectively with colleagues.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation - Assist in the development of customer service policies and procedures - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and satisfaction - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer relationships


Requirements: - 2 years of customer service experience - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Excellent people management and cooperation abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
