Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

QlikTech International is seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Uppsala, SE. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is necessary, but a strong willingness to learn and grow within the company is essential.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product information - Process customer orders and returns - Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Maintain accurate customer records and database information - Assist in developing innovative solutions to improve customer satisfaction - Engage in time management to prioritize tasks effectively

Requirements: - Strong dedication to providing excellent customer service - Passion for helping customers and solving problems - Excellent time management skills - Ability to think creatively and innovate in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - High school diploma or equivalent
