Aspiro is seeking a highly motivated and independent Customer Service Associate to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. This is a full-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. 2. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive outcome for all parties involved. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Use problem-solving skills to identify and address customer needs effectively. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. 3. Proven track record of providing outstanding customer service. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. 6. Ability to adapt to different communication styles and customer preferences. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications a plus.
