Job Description - Remote Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Hövding is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team in Stockholm, SE. As a Remote Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service team, managing customer inquiries and escalations, and ensuring excellent customer service delivery.


Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage a team of remote customer service representatives to ensure exceptional customer service experiences. 2. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed. 3. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction. 4. Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience. 6. Analyze customer service data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. 7. Work closely with the training team to provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the customer service team. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service to continuously improve processes.


Requirements: 1. 5+ years of experience in customer service management or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and confidently in a remote environment. 5. Knowledge of customer service software, such as Zendesk or Salesforce. 6. Experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. 7. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
