Job Description:
As the Remote Customer Service Manager at Mentimeter, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of remote customer service representatives to provide exceptional support to our clients. Your main responsibilities will include monitoring customer interactions, analyzing customer feedback, and developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: - Recruit, train, and supervise a team of remote customer service representatives - Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to ensure quality and consistency - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and concerns - Provide ongoing support and guidance to the customer service team - Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for the remote team members - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service - Handle escalated customer issues and complaints effectively - Report on key performance metrics and suggest areas for improvement
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 5+ years of experience in customer service management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work independently and lead a remote team effectively - Dedication to providing exceptional customer service - Persuasion skills to influence team members and facilitate positive outcomes - Experience in developing and implementing customer service strategies - Proficiency in CRM systems and customer service tools - Ability to travel occasionally for team meetings or client visits
