Job Description - Customer Service Officer

Job Description:


Voi Technology is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team in Uppsala, SE. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers and resolving any issues or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding our services - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively - Process customer orders and returns - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to customers - Assist with customer service training for new team members


Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Reliable and independent with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to persuade and negotiate with customers - Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
