Job Description:
As a Customer Service Officer at Storytel, you will have the opportunity to work from home while providing exceptional service to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to interact with customers through various channels such as email, chat, and phone to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our services. You will also be responsible for documenting customer interactions, tracking feedback, and escalating issues when necessary.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Provide information about Storytel's products and services - Document all customer interactions accurately - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns - Track feedback and recommend improvements to enhance customer satisfaction - Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product offerings - Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to negotiate and handle difficult situations with grace - Dedicated and energetic personality traits - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - High level of attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Comfortable working from home and managing a remote workload
