Job Description - Customer Service Representative

Job Description:


We are seeking a passionate and resourceful Customer Service Representative to join our team at ABB Sweden in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this a great opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and provide appropriate solutions - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with sales and technical teams to resolve customer issues - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Assist with customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience - Maintain a positive, professional attitude at all times
