Job Description:
We are looking for a customer service representative to join our team at Budbee in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with our customers.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer issues and complaints with a high level of empathy and understanding - Providing information to customers about our services, products, and policies - Processing orders, returns, and refunds accurately and efficiently - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Identifying and escalating any issues or trends to the appropriate teams for resolution - Going above and beyond to exceed customer expectations and build customer loyalty
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resourceful and reliable with a strong attention to detail - Excellent communication skills and the ability to cooperate effectively with team members - Strong persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and resolve issues - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent
