Job Description:
Hövding is seeking a dedicated and resilient Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As a member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting. 3. Handle escalated customer issues and ensure resolutions are reached. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience. 6. Stay current on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Contribute to team goals and initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Adaptability to changing priorities and customer needs. 6. Cooperation and teamwork skills. 7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required.
