Job Description - Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


Mips, a cutting-edge technology company based in Stockholm, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for confident and motivated individuals looking to start a career in customer service. As a Customer Service Specialist at Mips, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships with our clients.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and handling complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and troubleshoot technical issues as needed - Uphold company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity - Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our products and services to customers and potential clients - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM software - Continuously develop your knowledge of our products and services to better assist customers


Requirements: - Confident and motivated individual with a positive attitude - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent - Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
