Job Description - Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


Epiroc, a leading provider of innovative mining and construction equipment, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Stockholm, SE. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and issues - Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate with various departments to ensure customer needs are met - Provide product information and technical support to customers - Process orders and manage customer accounts - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively - Utilize CRM systems to track and manage customer interactions - Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer satisfaction


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resilient and driven personality traits - Strong creativity and leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Fluency in English, additional languages a plus
