Customer Success Associate

Peak Performance is seeking a hardworking and energetic Customer Success Associate to join our team in Malmö, Sweden. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers through various channels to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Gather feedback from customers to inform product development and improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong project management skills - Ability to conduct research and analyze data to inform decision-making - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
