Job Description - Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team at Mojang Studios in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience with our products. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs, address any issues they may have, and help them achieve their goals with our products.


Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as their main point of contact - Understand customer needs and goals, and provide recommendations and solutions to help them achieve success - Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns customers may have - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Monitor customer usage and satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Participate in industry events and conferences to promote our products and services


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Independent and adaptable, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong persuasion and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
