Job Description - Customer Success Manager - Work from home

As a Customer Success Manager at Daniel Wellington, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our products and services. This position is a full-time, work from home opportunity based in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, Sweden. We are looking for a candidate with 7 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a mid-to-senior level of seniority.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals - Develop and implement strategies to retain and upsell existing customers - Provide support and guidance to customers to help them maximize the value of our products and services - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction - Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Track and report on key metrics related to customer success - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success


Requirements: - Adaptability and dedication to ensuring customer success - Strong planning and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of building and maintaining successful customer relationships - Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
