Remote Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

Acne Studios is seeking a Remote Customer Success Representative to join our team in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, Sweden. We are looking for a hardworking and reliable individual with excellent communication skills to help ensure our customers have a positive experience with our brand.

Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of customers and provide exceptional support via email, phone, and chat - Educate customers on our products, services, and promotions - Identify and address customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Take ownership of and resolve customer inquiries and concerns - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and provide solutions - Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
