Job Description - Remote Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:


ABB Sweden is currently seeking a Remote Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. This is a full-time position at the entry-level, with zero years of experience required. We are looking for motivated and energetic individuals who possess critical thinking and strategic planning skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat - Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical support - Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the overall success of the customer support team


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus - Must have a reliable internet connection and be able to work from a remote location
