Vattenfall, a leading energy company in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE, is seeking a talented Customer Support Associate to join our team. This is a full-time work-from-home position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Passionate about delivering excellent customer service - Resilient in handling challenging customer situations - Strong attention to detail and ability to research and problem-solve - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
