Customer Support Officer - Work from home

Looklet is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Customer Support Officer to join our team. This is a full-time entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Providing product information and guidance to customers - Processing orders and returns - Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identifying and escalating issues to the appropriate team members - Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude at all times
