Job Description:
Epidemic Sound is looking for a dedicated and reliable Customer Support Representative to join our team and work from home. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer issues and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience - Documenting customer interactions and feedback to track trends and identify areas for improvement - Providing support and guidance to new customers to help them navigate our services effectively - Participating in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills
Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment - Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required - Must be fluent in English
