Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and ordering processes - Use persuasive communication skills to upsell products and services to customers when appropriate - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience - Utilize emotional intelligence to empathize with customers and diffuse any potential conflicts - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for reporting and analysis purposes
