Remote Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

Teenage Engineering, a leading technology company based in Malmö, Sweden, is seeking a Remote Live Chat Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Remote Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through live chat interactions with our clients. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engaging with customers via live chat to provide assistance and resolve inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Demonstrating product knowledge and troubleshooting skills to address customer concerns and provide solutions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Contributing to the improvement of processes and procedures within the live chat support function - Utilizing your strong communication and problem-solving skills to exceed customer expectations

Requirements: - Reliable and motivated individual with a strong work ethic - Demonstrated ability in people management and cooperation - Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service - Proficiency in using live chat software and other relevant tools - Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment preferred
