Job Description:
Thule Group is seeking a motivated and resilient Live Chat Representative to join our team in Uppsala, Sweden. As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform. This role requires a high level of communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues. 2. Assist customers with product recommendations, order inquiries, and returns. 3. Utilize strategic planning to identify opportunities for improvement in the customer experience. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries. 5. Innovate new ways to enhance the overall customer experience through the chat platform. 6. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism. 5. Motivated and driven to exceed customer expectations. 6. Experience with online chat platforms is a plus. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
