Job Description - Live Chat Representative

Job Description:


H&M is seeking a motivated and independent Live Chat Representative to join our team in Stockholm, SE. As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking product information, order assistance, and general inquiries.


Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide product information, assist with orders, and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Act as a brand ambassador for H&M, promoting our products and services to customers - Utilize persuasion and communication skills to drive sales and meet performance metrics - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through positive interactions and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries and escalations - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and relevant information to customers


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong persuasion and communication skills - Excellent multitasking and time management abilities - Proficient in using online chat platforms and other customer service tools - Flexibility to work full-time hours in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent required
