Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

As a Live Chat Specialist at Nudie Jeans, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our online chat platform. You will interact with customers in real-time, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing product recommendations. You will need to possess a deep understanding of our brand, products, and company values in order to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through our online chat platform - Provide accurate and timely information about products, promotions, and company policies - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Drive sales through proactive engagement and product recommendations - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company news

Requirements: - Independent and driven personality - Strong planning and project management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Passion for customer service and helping others - Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues worldwide - Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus - Must be willing to work full-time and possibly on weekends or holidays - No prior experience required, entry-level position
