Online Account Support Assistant

Job Description:

Natural Cycles is looking for a dynamic Online Account Support Assistant to join our team in Uppsala, Sweden. As an Associate Level position, the Online Account Support Assistant will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our users. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess a high level of energy and adaptability.

Responsibilities: - Respond to user inquiries and provide support through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media. - Help users troubleshoot any issues they may encounter while using our platform. - Process account requests, including account creations, updates, and cancellations. - Provide guidance to users on how to navigate the platform and maximize their experience. - Collaborate with other team members to escalate issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. - Assist in documenting and updating user support processes and workflows.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or online support role. - Strong cooperation and problem-solving skills. - Energetic personality with a positive attitude. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
