We are looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to join our team at Fingerprint Cards as an Online Account Support Officer in our Stockholm office. As an Associate Level position, you should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide online account support to customers, including troubleshooting account issues, answering inquiries, and providing solutions to problems. 2. Monitor online accounts for any unusual activity or potential security threats. 3. Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. 5. Assist with negotiation of contracts and agreements with customers. 6. Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance customer experience. 7. Proactively identify opportunities to improve online account support processes.
Requirements: 1. Energetic personality with a positive attitude. 2. Resourceful and able to think on your feet to solve problems quickly. 3. Strong research skills to gather relevant information. 4. Negotiation skills to effectively communicate and persuade customers. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 7. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
