Job Description:
As the Online Call Center Manager at Nobina, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our online call center located in Uppsala, SE. You will lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure that our customers receive top-notch service and support. This role requires a candidate with at least 8 years of experience in a call center environment and a proven track record of success in managing a team.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase efficiency, and meet performance targets. 2. Manage and motivate a team of customer service representatives to provide exceptional service to our customers. 3. Monitor call center metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement training programs as needed. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and workflows to enhance the overall customer experience. 6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members. 7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve call center operations.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in a call center environment, with at least 3 years in a management role. 2. Strong leadership and communication skills. 3. Driven and dedicated personality traits. 4. Problem-solving and creativity soft skills. 5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
