Online Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

Einride is seeking a dynamic Online Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Uppsala, SE. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong understanding of client relations in an online setting. The successful candidate will be resourceful, driven, and exhibit a high level of attention to detail and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities:

- Manage online client inquiries through various communication channels such as email, chat, and social media - Assist clients with product information, pricing, and order processing - Monitor client feedback and reviews, responding in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with the sales team to coordinate client interactions and ensure a smooth sales process - Conduct market research to identify new client opportunities and trends - Collaborate with marketing to develop online client engagement strategies - Maintain client databases and records accurately - Provide regular reports and updates on client interactions and feedback

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 3+ years of experience in online client relations or customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Knowledge of online marketing platforms and strategies
