Online Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Essity is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Client Relations Associate to join our team in Stockholm. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field. As an Online Client Relations Associate at Essity, you will be responsible for managing relationships with clients through various online platforms.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via email, live chat, and social media to address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Manage online customer accounts and ensure accurate and up-to-date information - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide feedback on product improvements - Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement and address any negative feedback - Assist in developing online marketing campaigns to attract new clients and promote brand awareness - Compile and analyze data on client interactions to identify trends and improve overall client experience

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with clients online - Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail - Hardworking and dedicated team player with a passion for providing exceptional customer service - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
