Online Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Skanska is seeking a passionate and driven Online Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess creativity, adaptability, and a strong dedication to delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities: - Building strong relationships with clients through online platforms - Managing client inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Developing and implementing strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention - Monitoring online client feedback and addressing any issues or concerns - Analyzing data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement - Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field - 1+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms
