Online Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

Cellink, a leading bioprinting company based in Malmö, is seeking a skilled Online Client Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work at the Associate Level, and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in client service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be independent and adaptable, with strong people management and communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone - Manage client accounts, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate - Assist clients with ordering products, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise - Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service - Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in our products and services - Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors to provide insight and suggestions for improvement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Minimum of 4 years of experience in client service or a similar role - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Experience with online platforms and e-commerce systems - Knowledge of the biotech or medical industry a plus
