Online Client Service Officer

Job Description:

Acast is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an Online Client Service Officer in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As an entry-level role, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the online client service industry. Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with other teams within the company to ensure a seamless client experience - Use problem-solving and negotiation skills to resolve client issues effectively - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve online client service processes - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a strong willingness to learn and grow in the role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms - Dedication to providing exceptional customer service - High school diploma or equivalent
