Online Client Service Representative

Evolution Gaming is looking for a passionate and reliable Online Client Service Representative to join our team in Uppsala, Sweden. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide top-notch customer service to clients via online communication channels - Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner - Ensure client satisfaction and retention through meaningful interactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online setting - Fluent in English, both written and verbal - Proficient computer skills, experience with CRM systems is a plus
