Job Description - Online Client Service Representative

Job Description:


Koenigsegg Automotive AB is seeking a motivated and energetic Online Client Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for online inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to clients. 2. Respond promptly to customer queries via email, chat, and phone, ensuring all communication is professional and accurate. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner, following company policies and procedures. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to assist customers effectively. 7. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members. 8. Assist in the continuous improvement of the online customer service process.


Requirements: 1. Energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer service. 2. Strong adaptability and decision-making skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
