Job Description - Online Client Service Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Online Client Service Specialist to join our team at Tetra Pak in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential qualities for success in this role.


Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients through various online channels to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service. 2. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our database. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of client concerns. 4. Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients. 5. Monitor online platforms for client feedback and reviews, responding promptly and appropriately. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client service strategies. 7. Provide feedback to the team on areas for improvement in customer service protocols.


Requirements: 1. Hardworking and resilient mindset, able to handle challenging client interactions with professionalism and empathy. 2. Strong critical thinking skills to analyze client needs and provide effective solutions. 3. Excellent people management skills to build rapport with clients and maintain positive relationships. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
