Online Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Online Client Service Specialist to join our team at Spotify in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is necessary, but a strong work ethic and a passion for customer service are essential.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media. - Manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner. - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer problems. - Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with clients and colleagues. - Utilize strong communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively. - Stay up-to-date on product updates and new features to provide accurate information to clients.

Requirements: - Resourceful and independent in problem-solving situations. - Strong people management skills to effectively handle customer interactions. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms. - Must be eligible to work in Sweden.
