Job Description:
G5 Entertainment is seeking a dedicated Online Client Support Officer to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong sense of resilience and reliability.
Responsibilities: - Provide online support to clients via email, chat, and phone - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions - Maintain communication with clients to ensure their needs are met - Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and improve processes - Assist in training new team members on support procedures - Monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach - Ability to work well in a team and independently - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry is a plus
