Job Description - Online Client Support Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a passionate and resilient Online Client Support Specialist to join our team at Tink in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As an Associate Level employee with at least 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our online clients.


Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized interactions - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns - Analyze client feedback and provide insights to improve overall customer experience - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product updates and changes to effectively support clients - Conduct training sessions for clients on new features or services


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer support role - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with grace - Proficiency in online communication tools and software - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
