Job Description - Online Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:


We are seeking a motivated and passionate Online Contact Center Assistant to join our team at Lifesum in Malmö, SE. As an Associate Level position, this role requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess innovation and adaptability as key soft skills, along with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.


Responsibilities: - Manage online customer contacts through various channels such as email, chat, and social media - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and issues - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary - Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience - Assist in the development of contact center procedures and guidelines - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other contact center tools - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Fluent in English and preferably another language
