Job Description: Axis Communications is currently seeking a full-time Online Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Uppsala, SE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The Online Contact Center Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various online channels, including email, live chat, and social media.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Monitor online platforms for customer feedback and trends - Assist with online marketing initiatives, such as promotions and campaigns - Provide continuous feedback on customer needs and preferences to improve overall service
Requirements: - Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Confident in handling customer inquiries and providing solutions - Strong people management skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues - Team player who can collaborate with cross-functional teams - Proficient in using online communication tools and platforms - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Knowledge of customer service best practices and techniques
