Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Online Contact Center Associate to join our team at Lifesum in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online users through various communication channels.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via email, live chat, and social media platforms. 2. Assist customers with account management, troubleshooting technical issues, and product inquiries. 3. Proactively identify customer needs and provide personalized recommendations and solutions. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and feedback. 6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our online contact center processes and procedures. 7. Stay up-to-date on product updates, promotions, and changes to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Provide feedback and insights to help improve the overall customer experience.
Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in customer service or online support roles. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 5. Resourceful and confident in problem-solving and handling challenging situations. 6. Proficiency in using online communication tools and CRM systems. 7. Experience with health and wellness products or services is a plus. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a bonus.
