Job Description - Online Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:


Exeger is currently seeking an experienced Online Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Stockholm, SE. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in customer service or contact center operations. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, passionate, and possess strong negotiation and analysis skills.


Responsibilities:


- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via online chat, email, and social media platforms - Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution - Work closely with other departments to escalate and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner - Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop online customer engagement strategies - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving


Requirements:


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 4+ years of experience in online customer service or contact center operations - Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate with customers effectively - Proficiency in CRM systems and online communication platforms - Ability to analyze customer data and identify trends - Resourceful and passionate about providing excellent customer service
