Online Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and confident Online Customer Care Assistant to join our team at Epiroc in Malmö, Sweden. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through online channels, including email, live chat, and social media platforms - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best possible service

Requirements: - Confident and dedicated individual with strong communication skills - Ability to think creatively and empathize with customers to provide personalized solutions - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism - Experience in online customer service roles preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
