Online Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Tetra Pak is seeking a dedicated and motivated Online Customer Service Associate to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will possess the following personality traits: independence and resilience, as well as soft skills such as decision-making and project management.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through various online platforms, including email, live chat, and social media - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their questions and concerns - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
