Job Description - Online Customer Service Associate

Job Description:


Saab Group is seeking a dedicated and driven Online Customer Service Associate to join our team in Uppsala, SE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and possess innovative and creative skills to provide exceptional online customer support.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via online platforms such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Provide product information, technical support, and assistance with online orders. 3. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolutions to customer concerns. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Identify and report trends in customer feedback to improve overall customer experience. 6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop online customer service strategies. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers. 8. Provide feedback to management on ways to improve online customer service processes.


Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in online customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to provide clear and concise responses. 3. Proficiency in using online customer service platforms and software. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 5. High level of innovation and creativity to find solutions to customer inquiries. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
