Job Description - Online Customer Service Manager


Job Description:


Polestar is seeking a highly capable and experienced Online Customer Service Manager to join our team in Stockholm, SE. As the Online Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our online customer service operations.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the online customer service experience. 2. Manage a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they are meeting performance goals and providing excellent service to customers. 3. Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in online customer service.


Requirements: 1. 8+ years of experience in online customer service management. 2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously. 4. Resourceful and confident decision-maker. 5. Excellent cooperation and teamwork skills. 6. Experience with CRM software and online customer service platforms. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
