Job Description - Online Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


Epidemic Sound is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Customer Support Representative to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our online users.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints with a high level of customer satisfaction - Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries - Collaborate with other departments to resolve more complex customer issues - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Continuously improve customer support processes to enhance the overall customer experience


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in online customer support or a related field - Confident and resourceful attitude with the ability to work independently - Strong teamwork and communication skills - Persuasive abilities to effectively communicate with customers - A passion for customer service and a commitment to providing exceptional support - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
