Online Live Chat Assistant

Job description:

Oatly is looking for a passionate and reliable Online Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to customer inquiries through the online live chat platform - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, promotions, and company policies - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Conduct research on industry trends and competitor strategies - Assist with negotiation and problem-solving as needed - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback

Requirements: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong customer service skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software - Knowledge of the food and beverage industry is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations - Experience working in a customer service role is preferred
